KARACHI / LAHORE / ISLAMABAD / PESHAWAR / QUETTA: The nationwide tally of COVID-19 cases has risen to 246 on Wednesday after nine and three new patients were reported from Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, respectively.

• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 19

• Islamabad Capital Territory: 4

• Gilgit-Baltistan: 3

• AJK: 0

 
Globally, 164 countries have been impacted, more than 8,400 people have died and more than 196,000 have been diagnosed with the disease as it travels quickly to new territories. The epicenter of the disease has now moved to Europe, which is experiencing a dramatic increase in new cases every day.
