Apple Juice: Juice undergoes a more extensive filtration process, removing solids and sediment to create a clear liquid. It is usually pasteurized for longer shelf life. The filtration process also often involves heating the juice to eliminate bacteria and enzymes.

Flavor:

Apple Cider: Cider tends to have a richer, more robust flavor, often reflecting the characteristics of the specific apple varieties used. The natural sugars present in the juice may ferment slightly, giving cider a tangy taste.

Apple Juice: Juice is generally sweeter and has a milder taste compared to cider. The filtration process can remove some of the natural apple flavors, resulting in a more homogeneous taste.

Shelf Life:
