According to the calendar released by the Ministry of Interior, there will be a total of 14 holidays in the year 2020, The first holiday will be on February 5 in solidarity Kashmir ,Then on Monday 23rd March, Pakistan Day, Third Holiday May 1st, Friday, Labor Day, Then possibly Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated for three days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 24, 25, 26 May 2020. Eid ul Adha will be celebrated on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 31 July 2020, 1 August and 2 August 2020. The celebration of Independence Day will be on Friday, 14th August 2020. Ashura Holidays will be on Tuesday and Wednesday 29th and 30th of September 2020. The holiday of Eid Milad-e-Nabi will be on Thursday, 29 October 2020. The birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam will be celebrated on Friday, December 25 with full enthusiasm. All government, semi-government and private institutions will be closed during the holidays.
