Every February 4th, World Cancer Day is the global unity effort led by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).
Cancer Organizations are working together to re-imagine a world where millions of preventable cancer deaths are saved. And also they are working to access to life-saving cancer research and care is equal for everyone. That all will be regardless of who the people are or where they live. All this is will be possible by raising public consciousness, improving education, and catalyzing personal, collective and government action.
Therefore, hundreds of programs and gatherings take place around the world every year. In which they put together the communities, groups, and people in colleges, companies, clinics, malls, parks, town halls, places of worship – on the streets and online – as a potent reminder that we all have a part to play in reducing cancer’s global effect.
The message of this year’s World Cancer Day, ‘I Am and I Will,’ is all about you and your devotion to action. Thus, the Cancer Organization assume that they will collectively achieve the goal of reducing the number of premature deaths from cancer. Also they believe that the non-communicable diseases will be under control by one-third by 2030 through our constructive acts.
The Appeal: Please help us to speak out and stand up for a cancer-free planet on February 4th.
OUR TIME TO ACT IS NOW!
